How does the website design process work?

Which platform do you use?

Accepted Answer

Depending on the project, websites are built using Wix or Hostinger infrastructure. Simpler and corporate showcase websites are usually created on Hostinger, while more complex and dynamic projects are built with Wix.

Different service providers may also be integrated when needed. The WordPress platform is not used.

Question 3

How long does the service take?

Accepted Answer

Simple projects are usually completed within 3 to 5 days. Medium-level projects take 7 to 10 days, while more complex ones may vary depending on their difficulty and our team’s current workload.

Question 4

Can I manage my website myself afterwards?

Accepted Answer

In PWS packages, all designs belong to BG’s Dream Factory, and the creation and layout of the website are fully managed by our team. You will have access to your website’s admin panel, where you can upload products, write blog posts, or update content depending on your site’s features. However, if you want any design changes, you simply need to fill out the Monthly Design Change Form and specify which parts you’d like us to update. This ensures that your site remains consistent and professionally maintained.

In the Build & Deliver package, the website is created, configured, and handed over to you. After delivery, the service is considered complete, and no further edits or updates are made unless a new service is initiated. In this package, the full responsibility for maintenance, updates, and design adjustments belongs to you.

Question 5

Do I have revision rights?

Accepted Answer

Yes, each package includes its own revision rights. In both PWS and Build & Deliver projects, your revision rights are clearly stated in the custom price offer prepared specifically for your website. You may use these rights during the production phase. After the design process is completed, revisions within PWS subscriptions are managed through Monthly Design Change Rights. You can always contact our team for detailed information on how to use these rights.

Are hosting and domain fees included in the price?

Accepted Answer

Domain service is not included in the price. Clients may use their own domain or purchase an additional domain service through our company. This service covers the domain’s operation, configuration, and management. The domain providers we work with may vary over time. Regarding hosting, in Build & Deliver projects, hosting is the client’s responsibility. The client purchases their own Wix plan, adds our company as a collaborator, and grants editing access. The hosting and subscription remain fully under the client’s responsibility. In PWS subscriptions, the Wix plan and hosting fees are included in the service price.

How can I make the payment?

Payments are made through a secure payment link we share with you. Our partner Stripe provides the payment processing system. During the transaction, your card and payment details are not visible to us and are handled securely through Stripe’s system.

How will we communicate during the design process?

Accepted Answer

Communication can be managed through the dedicated communication network available on our website or via any other method you prefer. To prevent delays, we recommend using our communication system or instant messaging platforms instead of email. This approach ensures a faster and more efficient workflow.

Question 9

Do you provide post-launch support?

Accepted Answer

After launch, Build & Deliver projects are considered complete, and full management of your website is handed over to you. However, within the PWS subscription, you are entitled to one year of technical support and monthly design updates. In addition, we guarantee that the BG’s Dream Factory team will always be there to assist you with any issues or questions you may have during your subscription period.

Question 10

How does the contract and cancellation process work?

Accepted Answer

All services begin after the contract is approved and payment is completed. In PWS subscriptions, we contact you shortly before your service period ends to send a renewal reminder. At this stage, you may choose whether to renew or discontinue your subscription.

If you decide not to renew, your website will be deactivated at the end of the service period, and you may take over the site in its inactive state. From that point, full responsibility for the website passes to you. However, if you later wish to rejoin the PWS subscription with the same site, a re-transfer fee may apply.

Who provides the website content?

Accepted Answer

During the design process, all designs, visuals, and layouts are created by the BG’s Dream Factory team. However, clients may request to include their own designs or visuals on the website. The site’s technical specifications, page flow structure, and written content are provided by the client, as these details are essential for building the website accurately.

How do you ensure privacy and data security?

All client information is protected under our privacy policy. Data is used solely for project execution and is never shared with third parties.

All security and privacy measures depend on the platform your website is built on and remain under its responsibility. Your website is developed using either Wix or Hostinger, and upon request, we can provide detailed information about the systems and security standards we use.
